By accessing or using CoralCore's mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Service.

2. Description of Service

CoralCore provides a health and wellness tracking application that allows users to:

• Track health metrics and fitness activities
• Monitor nutrition and hydration
• Participate in gamified health challenges
• Connect with friends and family for social accountability
• Access AI-powered health insights and tools

3. User Responsibilities

By using our Service, you agree to:

5. Account Registration

• Understand that subscriptions offered in the iOS app may be billed and managed through Apple
• Review renewal, cancellation, and billing settings in your App Store account when applicable
• Understand that subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled in accordance with the platform rules

Refunds and billing adjustments may be subject to applicable law and the policies of the platform through which you purchased the subscription.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by CoralCore and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service without our prior written consent.

8. User Content

By submitting any content (including but not limited to text, images, data) through the Service, you grant CoralCore a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the content in connection with the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit the content and that the content does not violate any third-party rights.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting us at support@coralcore.pro.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

12. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL CORALCORE, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CoralCore and its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
